The Indian Space Research Organisation has started working on a plan to hand over production of launch vehicles and communication satellites to industry, its Chairman and Secretary, Department of Space, K. Radhakrishnan, said here on Wednesday.
There was a heavy domestic demand for satellites for purposes of broadcasting, Earth observation and navigation, besides strategic and commercial needs.
To meet them all, “In the next two years, we need to work [with industry] on this in a mission mode. We need to [show the world] the new face of the Indian space industry,” Dr. Radhakrishnan exhorted participants at the inauguration of the four-day World Space Biz conference and the accompanying Bengaluru Space Exhibition.
If India did not move into such a production regime now, he cautioned, “We will feel the pinch in the next decade.”
Currently, some 500 industries participate in space programmes by supplying components, small structures for launch vehicles, satellites, and rocket propellants. However, they need to take on a bigger role, leaving the space agency to focus on improved and futuristic technologies. High-end R&D alone would keep the country among the world’s space leaders, he explained.
The national space agency and the Confederation of Indian Industry were in a dialogue to kick-start intensive industry participation. Some time back ISRO had proposed a large 250-acre space park near the satellite launching centre at Sriharikota where industries can build and deliver products directly to the spaceport. Ideally these players would be responsible for all aspects from making or sourcing raw materials up to ensuring that a satellite was on the launch pad.

Career: Physicist, Mathematician, Astronomer, Natural Philosopher, Alchemist and Theologian etc.

Isaac Newton was an English physicist, mathematician, astronomer, natural philosopher, alchemist and theologian. He made invaluable contribution to the field of science. His ‘Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica’, published in 1687, is considered to be the most influential book in the history of science. Apart from Physics, he made contributions in the fields of Mathematics, Astronomy, Alchemy and Theology as well. Such was his reputation, that in a 2005 poll of the Royal Society, Newton was voted much more influential than Albert Einstein.
Childhood
In June 1661, Newton was admitted to Trinity College, Cambridge, where he entered as a sizar. Though the college education was based on Aristotle, Newton read more advanced philosophers such as Descartes and astronomers such as Copernicus, Galileo, and Kepler. In 1665, after discovering the binomial theorem, he started working on a mathematical theory, which later came to be known as calculus. Newton obtained his degree in 1665 and worked for two years on the development of his theories on calculus, optics and the law of gravitation.
His Works
Though Newton and Leibniz developed calculus independently, Newton did not publish anything about his works until 1693, for the fear of being mocked. On the other hand, Leibniz continuously published his findings. Newton is credited for discovering Newton's identities, Newton's method, classified cubic plane curves (polynomials of degree three in two variables) and even made substantial contributions to the theory of finite differences
Newton also used and reverted the power series for the first time. He even discovered a new formula for calculating pi. In 1699, the members of the Royal society accused Leibniz of plagiarism and Newton was declared the true discoverer of the theory. From 1670 to 1672, Newton lectured on optics and investigated the refraction of light, making white light split into colors, through a prism and vice versa. This gave rise to Newton’s theory of color. He even made a refracting telescope, based on the same principle.

Other Involvements
In 1690s, Newton wrote a number of religious tracts, associated with the interpretation of Bible. He devoted a great deal of time to alchemy. He was also a Member of Parliament of England, from 1689 to 1690 and in 1701. In 1696, he moved to London, to take up the post of warden of the Royal Mint. Newton became perhaps the best-known Master of the Mint upon Lucas' death in 1699, a position Newton held until his death. Newton was also made the President of the Royal Society in 1703 and an associate of the French Académie des Sciences.

Har kisi ko jindagi me talash rahti ik safar ki,

Har dard ,har fasle ki, har pahlu ki ik pahar ki ,

Waqt se mang lo khushiyo me kya kam hai ,

रश्मि आती खुशियाँ लाती  ,

सारे जग का तम दूर भगाती  ,

सोये बालक बुजुर्ग जनों के  ,

नवजीवन में नव चीर जगाती  //

रश्मि अनल में , रश्मि गगन  में  ,

रश्मि है रश्मि की सघन में  ,

रजनिपति  की रजनी गुफा में  ,

चली जाती है रश्मि की गुफा में  //

रश्मि कभी ना बुझी है बुझेगी  ,

सौ - सौ कोटी बार अपार  , 

किरणे संजोये चली है जाती ,

दुनिया के इसपार - उसपार  //

नयी मोती है जीवन ज्योति है ,

भावी किरण की  एक मोती है ,

                                 इक सपना तो होगा इस दिल का 

अकेले में गा रहे  क्यों रो रहे हो महफ़िलो में  ,

दुनिया बुरी नहीं है  क्यों चल पड़े हो दारियो में ,  

इन राहों में तेरे बहो में कौन है पनपता यूँ  ,

क्यों दहकता है आग सा तू , क्या कहर थी बीते दिनों में  //

तेरे आँखों में  जो है झलकता हरपाल  वो ख्याल किसका है  , 

जो मंजिलो के बीच  भी तुझे  हरपल है  सता रहा  , 

ऐ  हरिकेश  जा लौट  जा  फिर  उन्ही वादियों में  ,

कही कोसो से है कोई तो अपना तुझे बुला रहा  //

तेरा मासूम दिल है सम्हल जायेगा .

तेज धड़कने भी थम जाएँगी  ,

पर क्या तू रुक पायेगा  ,

तेरी नजरें छुपा पायेंगी    //

हरिकेश यादों में जीते नहीं  ,

भूल गए सब जो कल को थे बीते कहीं  ,

फरियाद नहीं करता है दिल बेचैन होकर ,

इक तमन्ना  , इक ख्वाब है दिल का  ,

ज्योति का जलता चिराग है दिल का  ,

महक जाती है खुशबु गुलाब की भी  ,

मगर परछाईयो में भी भींगता जुलाब है दिल का  //

कोई भी अपना नहीं होता भी तो क्या कम  है   ,

लहू - सा  बन आंसू  निकल पड़े तो क्या गम है  ,

अपना सब नजर आ रहा है यहाँ कोसो तक मगर 

दिल चाहता है क्या , इसे अभी क्या कम है  //

कहता है दिल मुझे किसी खास का है इंतिजार  ,

जो आ रहा है कही दूर से लेके मेरा बरसो का प्यार  ,

बहुत सताया है हरिकेश , जिंदगी ये जमाना मुझे  ,

खुसियां तो फीकी पड़ी , गम भी नहीं है हाथ  ,

होता कोई मतवाले फिरते सबनम  ले - लेते साथ  .....//

( यह दिल भी क्या चीज है जो बरसो की यादे लेकर राहों में निकल पड़ता है ,

किसी अनजानी मंजिल की तलास में  सिर्फ इक सपने और इक हौसले के दम पर  // )

                                                  पुर्वाई

जब   मस्त   चले  पुर्वाई  , 

झूमे  यह  दुनिया  सारी  ,

खुशियों  की  छाई  महफ़िल , 

जब  लहराई  फसले  सारी  //

चली  पुर्वाई  पूरब  से  ,

हिल- डुल कर उमड़ के , 

छा  गयी  घटा  आसमान  में , 

ऐसा लगा जैसे अम्बर आ गया जहाँ में  //

रिमझिम - सा  यूँ लगा बरसने 

चेतन - सा जड़  लगा  तरसने  ,

बूंद  - बूंद  से  जब लहराई  पुरवाई  ,

दे दी छाया पेड़ों  की  छायी   //

बूंद - बूंद  जीवन  लाया  दुनिया  के  निचे  ,

हर  आशा  एक  किरण  बन  गयी , 

हर बूंद  में अपना पाया इन आँखो  के  निचे ,

एक नन्हा पुष्प भी चल पड़ा हर कोई के  पिछे  //

है आशा उसकी कि  वह भी तो है इक अंग इसका ,

उसकी ख़ुशी हो गयी मस्ती वह देगा छाया बड़ा होकर , 

कहता है - ' दूसरों के लिए ही जीना तो जीवन है '  , 

देखो  प्यास  बुझाने  सागर  चल पड़ा  सुखी  धरा पर  //

( जिंदगी तो हर कोई जिता है , लेकिन अपने लिए ! क्या यही जीना है ,

 नहीं यह स्वार्थ  है , दुसरो के लिए जीना ही जीवन है ,जब एक नन्हा पौधा 

यह तमन्ना रख सकता  है तो फिर इन्शान क्यों नहीं , )  

" किसी काम को हाँ मैं कर सकता हूँ --यह  विश्वास  है  / लेकिन हाँ सिर्फ मैं ही कर सकता हूँ  --यह घमंड है .// "

                                          कल की यांदे 

कल कि वो बाते , खुशियों कि महफ़िल 

गुजरी वो रातें माँ भी तो संग थी 

फिर वही दिन फिर वही राते 

लौट के आ जा मेरी बस खातिर //

                     बीत गयी बाते .  बीत गयी राते 

                     कल जो उनसे हुई थी मुलाकाते 

                     चलते -चलते बस दूर ही हुए सबसे 

                      फिर वही मंजिल , फिर वही काटें  // 

किसी की तलास तो रहती है हरपल 

कौन है वो दूर का उसे क्यों न हम पा ले 

हरपल इक फासले में खोजा था हमने 

मगर  जिंदगी की राहों में बीत गयीं रातें //

दिल की गहराई

                                  दिल की गहराई 

कल को जो गुजरी कहर आखों में आंसू लिए 

कम ना हो सके वो सिक्वे वो गिले 

हम तो मुस्कुराते जा रहे थे 

लेकिन .............

पल्के छुपा रही थी कुछ कि कहि हम रो न दे   //.

सम्हालो लोगो हमें जोर  से  ,

जिंदगानी में छिपा कोई गहरा गम है 

चेहरे पे है हंशी मगर , ये आँखे तो नम है 

इस सायर की जुबा भी तो थोड़ी कम है 

जिंदगी के हर खिस्से सुनते जा रहे थे 

लेकिन .............

 पल्के छुपा रही थी कुछ कि कहि हम रो न दे   //.

मिठा सा सिला  दिलों में कोई कम न   दे

जो कुछ भी बचा है इस दिल में 

हंशाकर के  कही वो गम न दे  

मिन्नतें बहुत करके इस दिल को सम्म्हाले है हम 

परवाना बुलंदियों से गुजर आये है हम 

सागर किनारे यु ही गाते जा रहे थे  

लेकिन ...........

पल्के छुपा रही थी कुछ कि कहि हम रो न दे   //.

आशा है की इक रौशनी होगी कल को 

जो इस दिल के अंधेरो की ज्योति बनेगी 

जो जलती रहेगी सदियों तक  

ख्वाबो में नहीं वो हकीकत की मेरी हो के  बनेगी 

पाकर उसे मै जी लूँगा इस दुनिया को इकपल 

गहराइ है बहुत  ,  इस दिल की देखो  हरपल 

देखा हमने साथ सबके उन आखो की दहक 

उन जल्ती  निगाहों में युहीं खोये थे हम 

लेकिन .................

पल्के छुपा रही थी कुछ कि कहि हम रो न दे   //.

पर क्या हर सपना पूरा होता 

यहि सोच के ये दिल घबराता'है 

लेकिन मुझे कल राहों में अकेले यूँही 

जलती हुई इक रौशनी मिली जो बोली

" हरिकेश " तेरी तन्हाईयाँ बिखर रही है 

मेरे साथ जरा दूर जा के देख 

ये राहे  है तेरी ये जिंदगी है तेरी ,..........वो खुशियाँ भी तो तेरी ही  है 

हस्ता हुआ इक कल है तेरा इन्हें बस पार करके तो देख 

यही सच है , ख़ुशी मिली ,आशाओं ने घेरा हमको

 लेकिन ......................
